There is a queen size bed in each bedroom and 2 queens in the 4th bedroom (5 queen size beds total) & the house is fully air conditioned. the house is fully furnished & the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, micro wave, dishwasher and there is a washer & dryer downstairs.
Rates:
$300 a night for 3 bedrooms
$400 a night for 4 bedrooms
5 singles or 4 couples max
