The main house offers an open floor plan with a great room, kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast area, two bedrooms with king sized beds in each, two bathrooms, powder room and laundry facility. The detached guest “Casita” features a third bedroom with  2 Twin Size Trundle beds which could sleep 4 kids, a private bathroom and mini kitchenette.
